In most applications, coarse and fine recycled aggregates are simply screened out without further refined separation. To a certain extent, this method reduces the application proportion of recycled materials and reduces the performance of asphalt recycled pavement.
NFLG has launched RAP Fine Stripping and Screening Aggregate Recycling Plant, which uses physical methods to effectively separate old asphalt and old aggregates in RAP to achieve accurate binning management of RAP, greatly reduce the phenomenon of false particle size and variability of RAP materials, and effectively solve the key issues that restrict the dosage and performance of RAP, and truly make the best use of all.
