Cold Aggregate Storage Bin
1. The belt feeder features advanced frequency conversion control, allowing precise speed adjustments in accordance with output settings and ratio demands.
2. The sand bin is outfitted with both an internal vibration-type arch breaking device and a gas cannon-type arch breaking device, ensuring no retention and eliminating the need for manual material extraction.
3. Includes a sound and light alarm system to alert for material shortages.
4. The top of the bin is equipped with a grid to prevent the entry of large aggregates and debris.
Belt Conveyors
1. Patented interchangeable friction plate with a rubber-coated drum for instant replacement.
2. Features a polyurethane wear-resistant belt cleaner, designed with multi-piece modules that are interchangeable and non-damaging to the belt.
3. Equipped with a manual emergency pull switch and an alarm device.
4. The inclined belt conveyor includes a screen to prevent the passage of oversized materials and debris.
Vibrating Screen
1. The vibrating screen's shell is insulated with thermal rock wool to reduce noise and provide thermal insulation.
2. The vibration motor directly drives the screen body, ensuring high transmission efficiency, maintenance-free operation, and long service life.
3. Offers a screening efficiency of ≥95%, with easily adjustable screen mesh tension for user-friendly operation.
Hot Aggregate Bin

2. Each bin is equipped with a continuous material level meter, and a temperature sensor is installed in the sand bin, with real-time display on the computer.

4. The discharge door is designed with a long and short double door for coarse and fine discharge, ensuring accurate feeding of aggregates.

Mixer
