Cold aggregate bin
1.The belt feeder adopts frequency conversion control, and the frequency conversion speed requlation is carried out according to the output setting and ratio requirements;
2.The sand bin is equipped with internal vibration type arch breaking device and gas cannon type arch breaking device, no retention, and no manual material extraction;
3.Equipped the sound and light alarm function for material shortage;
4.The top is equipped with a grid to prevent the entry of large aggregates and sundries.

Belt conveyors
1.Patented interchangeable friction plate rubber-coated drum, instant replacement;
2. Polyurethane wear-resistant belt cleaner, multi-piece, module interchangeable, does not hurt the belt;
3.Manual emergency pull switch and alarm device;
4. The inclined belt conveyor is equipped with a screen to prevent oversized materials and sund.

Vibrating screen
1. The vibrating screen shell was covered with thermal insulation rock wool for noise reduction and thermal insulation;
2. The vibration motor directly drives the screen body, with high transmission efficiency, maintenance-free and long service life;
3. The screening efficiency is  ≥95%, the tension of the screen mesh can be identified, and it is easy to operate.

Hot aggregate bin
1.Reasonable arrange of bin, with anti-wear structure;
2.Each bin equipped with a continuous material level meter, a temperature sensor is installed in the sand bin, and the computer display;
3. Configure the real-time sampling port, which is safe and convenient;
4. The discharge door is a long and short double door, which has the function of coarse and fine discharge, and realizes accurate feeding of aggregates;
5. Equipped with overflow pipeline and negative pressure pipe channel.

Mixer
1 Adopt high-speed end flexible synchronous drive;
2.Intermittent screw arrangement can realize strong three-dimensional mixing, with short mixing time and high efficiency;
3. The original wear-resistant paddles and liners produced by the Swedish AB BRUZAHOLMSBRUK company,having super wear-resistant performance;
4. Various ports are reserved for the mixer, hot RAP, wood fiber, foamed bitumen etc. can be added.

Finished product bin
1.Bottom-mounted, side-mounted optional, expandable;
2.Equipped a waste bin;
3.Fully sealed finished product bin, the discharge port of the mixer can be equipped with a dust collecting cover, which can effectively reduce blue smoke and dust emission, more environmentally friendly;
4. The discharge door is electrically heated, and the heating temperature is adiustable, which can effectively prevent the material stickina at the outlet:

Dryer
