Cold Aggregate Bin
1. The belt feeder adopts advanced frequency conversion control, enabling precise speed regulation according to output settings and ratio requirements.
2. The sand bin features both an internal vibration arch-breaking device and a gas cannon type arch breaker. This ensures no retention and eliminates the need for manual material extraction.
3. Equipped with a sound and light alarm function to signal material shortage, ensuring continuous operation.
4. The top is fitted with a protective grid to prevent large aggregates and debris from entering.
Belt Conveyors
1. Patented interchangeable friction plate rubber-coated drum for instant, hassle-free replacement.
2. Polyurethane wear-resistant belt cleaner, modular and multi-piece for easy replacement and belt protection.
3. Manual emergency pull switch and integrated alarm device for enhanced safety.
4. The inclined belt conveyor includes a screen to filter out oversized materials and debris, maintaining smooth operation.
Vibrating Screen
1. The vibrating screen shell is insulated with thermal rock wool, providing noise reduction and thermal insulation.

3. Achieves screening efficiency of ≥95%. The tension of the screen mesh is easily identifiable and user-friendly.
Hot Aggregate Bin
1. Bins are strategically arranged with anti-wear structures for durability.
2. Each bin is equipped with a continuous material level meter and a temperature sensor in the sand bin, displayed on the computer screen.
3. Real-time sampling port configuration ensures safety and convenience.
4. The discharge door features a long and short double-door design for coarse and fine discharge, enabling accurate aggregate feeding.

Mixer
